3. DEFINITIONS
Bribery refers to offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value as an inducement or reward for influencing the actions of another party in the performance of their duties.

Corruption includes the abuse of entrusted power for private gain.

6. GIFTS & HOSPITALITY
Any giving or receiving of gifts or hospitality must be properly authorized and must not be intended to influence business decisions.

All gifts or entertainment must be recorded and disclosed in accordance with internal procedures.
